These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Vegas Hero, operated by Win Top Ltd. By registering an account or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the site.

These terms apply to all registered players. Win Top Ltd reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. When changes are made, we will notify you through the site or by direct communication. Continued use of Vegas Hero following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept an update, you should close your account before the changes take effect.

Player Eligibility and Account Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on Vegas Hero. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. You are solely responsible for ensuring that online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction. Adult residents in the United Kingdom are eligible to register and play under these terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Opening or operating more than one account is strictly prohibited. If we identify multiple accounts linked to the same individual, we reserve the right to close the duplicate accounts, void any associated balances or bonuses, and suspend access without prior notice.

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering and to keep your profile details up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. We strongly advise against sharing your password with any third party. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and you must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

Deposits, Bonuses, and Withdrawals

The minimum deposit amount is £20. When you activate a bonus, your real-money balance will be used before any bonus funds. Bonus funds are subject to a 40x wagering requirement calculated on the bonus balance before any withdrawal can be processed. During any period in which a bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet is £5 per round or spin. Attempting to circumvent these conditions — for example by placing bets that exceed the maximum stake limit while a bonus is active — may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

The minimum withdrawal amount is £20. We aim to process withdrawal requests within 0 to 24 hours, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected. We may request verification documents before releasing funds, in accordance with our identity and security procedures. Withdrawals will not be released until all applicable wagering conditions have been satisfied.

Prohibited activities on Vegas Hero include, but are not limited to: the use of automated software or bots to interact with games or the platform; collusion with other players; fraudulent chargebacks; and any form of manipulation intended to exploit bonuses or game outcomes. Where we have reasonable grounds to believe that prohibited activity has occurred, we reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or permanently close your account and to withhold funds pending investigation.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the site is available at all times; however, we do not accept liability for losses resulting from temporary maintenance periods, technical interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Any disputes should be raised with our support team in the first instance, and we will endeavour to resolve matters promptly and fairly.
